e volume of story submissions is definitely manageable by one person, and yet I find myself wanting to invite a Co-Editor to join me from the ground up. Ever wanted to be an editor in a positive and pressure-free way?

I’ve always enjoyed editing my own work. As an Editor for a Medium publication though, it takes on a different flavour.

Instead of the cutthroat approach I take to editing my own work, editing someone else’s work is precious. You’re holding a baby of their creation in your hands. It’s a role I’m honoured with and one that I believe deserves care and grace.
