Jesus — Sananda Rules of Leadership

What is real leadership from the perspective of spirit — here is your answer

Leadership is what we all strive to achieve in whichever part of life we want to improve. There are different forms of leadership that you can pick up from any successful books, celebrity stories, or institutional organization.

They all have a validity that needs to be acknowledged if they have worked for some people, but I wondered what is the type of leadership the Universe or God will like us to have and how we should go about using it in practical ways for our betterment and of the world?

To find my answers, I meditated and let my spiritual team lead me to those answers. The fascinating part of what I found, is that it comes from Christ's consciousness itself — Jesus for Catholics and Sananda for Theosophical believers.

How do I know it comes from Jesus himself?

Because every time I pray to him, he answers. That all.

His presence is warm, loving and full of compassion for humanity. There is that feeling of unconditional love to humanity to come to mind. I see its picture everywhere I go, and it reminds me that he is always available to all of us here on earth.

My experience might be different from yours, so I will recommend praying and asking for your answers.

Before we go over the leadership wisdom, there are 3 important and simple rules that Jesus/ Sananda will love us to adopt no matter what our belief, religious background, or faith is:

Love God — You shall love the Lord your God/ Universe with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.

Love Others — Love is patient and calm, love bears all things, believe all things, hope all things, endure all things. Love never ends.

Make Disciples — Through your understanding, love, and faith for God/ Universe, share you're authentic self and gifts with others and wish for others to do the same to others. Teach by examples.

If you also wonder how I found that information, I prayed and let it come to me.

Those 3 rules are simple to follow in my opinion, but it can be hard for someone who hasn’t asked all the important questions about his or her existence here on earth.

What I am supposed to be and what I am supposed to bring to the world?

When you ask those questions and seek those answers, then you realize that you are following those 3 rules as a result of looking for your truth.

What is the right leadership from the perspective of spirit?

For any aspiring leader of this world, there is a lot you can learn from this post or you can compare to what you are already doing today and make an assessment to improve what you already have.

The fact is, learning to know ourselves never end, I am pretty sure you can find ways to use this wisdom if you really wish to be a leader that walks and leads by faith. The bonus is that you get the support of the higher powers.

Let’s dive into those rules of leadership.

Who wishes to rule, must first rule himself — I think this rule is clear, you can’t rule anyone properly if you can’t rule yourselves. In other words, Knowthyself. Know who you are inside and outside— Your good and bad, then and make peace with it.

  1. Who wishes to rule must first attain perfection in service to others — I would say that perfection in service to others means doing work that is for the benefit of humanity's growth while doing it for yourself as well. If you destroy the environment, people, or create conflict, you are not working in alignment with this rule. Period.
  2. Who, he understands the power of his actions, knows how impactful they can be if used wrongly. He is aware of his Dominion and makes peace with them — This rule is an extension from the first one. By knowing yourself, you know the impact of your actions and understand your shadow side. You’re harmonizing with both sides.
  3. Power detached from the soul leads to corruption, miss guidance, and New injustices — Let me use this analogy to make you understand this one clearly. It is critical that you know how this whole thing works. You are two people at once, YOU the conscious one is walking on earth, and your second part of you is like another one that you are carrying over your shoulder. YOU are blind in nature — ignorant of what is ahead, while the other one has the eyes to see and the advantage of the height he gets from behind on your shoulder. YOU can walk and do any actions as you want it, but to see what lies ahead, you have to listen to your unconscious mind to find your direction in life — Can you do the spiritual work to strengthen the bond you have with your higher self? Yes, you can — In couples days come back to this article, and this link will lead to you to another on this specific rules. There are so much to say about it.
  4. A perfect ruler, Rendering a perfect service, places his eggs in God's basket — By having faith in your higher self, you are by communion telling God / the Universe that you know that he is the provider of all. And your faith in him is expressed through any work you do. To say it in simple works, you trust that the universe will provide anything you need if you desire it.
  5. A perfect ruler knows that nothing can be controlled if he loses control of himselfRemaining calm and pause is the ultimate expression you will embody when you are in total synchronicity with your soul. You will not be affected by external factors because you know that they are here to serve you. The fun of life will be to discover what your next version is, and enjoy the growth that comes with it.
  6. A perfect ruler provides services that benefit humanity as a whole, not diminished it — As a ruler, your first allegiance is to God, but after that, it is for the people you rule. You must do work that elevates the people you rule, Your loyalty belongs to the people you serve.
  7. A perfect ruler knows that he is doing his greatest work under the supervision of heaven — I think you know you are doing your best job when joy and fulfillment come with it. As a result of that work, the universe bestows you with guidance and support 24/7. The supervision of heaven comes in different forms and package to assist you in your journey.
  8. A perfect ruler knows that his work is only given to those who experienced and know the sufferings of the world — You have to understand your pain, the pain of others, and the pain of the world at large to have the total picture of what you need to do to alleviate it to the best of your abilities. Have compassion for yourself, others, and what is surrounding you.
  9. A perfect ruler knows how to wait for his order before acting with grace and conviction — I would assume that it means, knowing when to fight your battles or wait when necessary. Knowing when to slow down or when to move fast. That all comes from discerning and understanding the signs that life show you. If you are tired rest, if you feel energized use that energy wisely. Know you flow, and honor it.
  10. A perfect ruler knows that he needs to completely divest himself of the deceptive power he has acquired overtimes — This one is very clear to me, do the spiritual work, and you will get rid of the trauma, limiting beliefs, and pain you have accumulated overtimes. The more you remove, the more you understand your truth.
  11. A perfect ruler becomes pure and innocent and exalted, he is like a child he is a righteous leader. — Children are the purest version of what a human can be. They are an expression of the soul at his best form. They are the manifestation of the soul's purest version. A ruler, that can embody that energy will lead from a higher place and the people he or she rule will be happy.
  12. He is chosen by the greatest knowledge and grace of God to bring peace to the world and love to man — This one I think it is when your life leads you to fulfill your greatest ideal. You are being assisted divinely in your day-to-day work and activity. Basically, you recognize that your spiritual team is always available to help, and everything you do impact the world positively. Everything you do.
  13. A perfect ruler harvests the desire for the world to be in peace, love, and unity — This one is about bringing people together rather than separate them, it is about leading by example, it is about having love for the people you rule, and others as well.
  14. A perfect ruler is satisfied in the heart because in him as returned the Son of God with his omnipotence and truth that he expressed to the world — This one is very obvious for any Christian reading this, acknowledge the love of Jesus christ in you and live a life worth remembering. When you are in harmony with yourself, there is that peace in the heart that you can put words to it. That peace is the presence of God itself.
  15. Who rise himself will fall, but the man who rises for God shall reign for eternity— That applies to anyone trying to take down others to be a leader. At times, a little healthy competition can be done, but don’t do it with the intent to destroy, antagonize, or bring chaos. Doing it by following those rules will elevate you to places you never imagined you can reach.
  16. Keep working on yourself until your true Devine self rises and expresses its beauty to the world. Only then you will reach higher achievement, you would have not dreamed about achieving — This one is more of an addition to the previous rule. Work on yourself more than anything and do not worry about external factor too much. The more you raise your vibration, the less you meet adversity in challenges.

Our past leaders have paved the way for us to reach this era, and we are grateful for their effort. The new generation is rising up and creating the foundation for the next era. Let us learn from past mistakes, and be open to lead from a place of love, understanding, compassion, and acceptance of our differences.

Angel number 222 embodies the energy of love, peace, harmony, cooperation, and expansion. And it resonates so much with the vision I have for our world.

What I have done in my personal journey is having the courage to know myself — my Good and bad — harness my unique gifts, be the most authentic version I can be, and share love and peace the best way possible I know.

And have fun in the process.

If I can do it, you can do it as well. If I benefited from that growth, then we can all benefit from each other expansion.

I leave you in peace and love, go forth and rejoice as you know now how to discern leadership coming from a place of love rather than a division.
