January’s Zen Poetry Prompt Contest: Inner or Outer Changes
Will the New Year be for Inner or Outer Changes?

Will the New Year 2022, be one of “Inner or Outer Changes?”
The New Year is just a few days away, are you ready to meet it, and have you packed up everything that you have done this year?
Use the “Inner or Outer Changes?” prompt in any poetic form to express your feelings and your life. You could talk about a real situation in your life when you need to make inner changes or you feel a need to make changes in your life and environment. You could write a fantasy experience, about a character who needs to make this decision, yet he or she is compelled to make a tough choice. This prompt is open to all poets. The deadline is the 25th of January 2022. The best poetry on “Inner or Outer Changes?”, will get a special mention in Zen Poetry. Tag me, Warren Brown at the end of the poem where ever you publish it. You are also welcome to publish your poem in Zen Poetry. Thank you for taking part in this poetry writing prompt.
I am sending out a Zen Poetry invitation to my Fellow Writers, Readers, and Followers to use this prompt to stir your imagination, for the month of December, as we have lived through yet another somewhat normal year. The year is coming to an end, many of us have choices we must make. We can choose to make inner changes or outer changes, as we enter the New Year 2022.
