I’ve Made A Mistake

I have deleted a heartbreaking article

I have made a big mistake, and not sure if I can rectify it. One of my most heartbreaking articles, titled “I find it hard to bond with my daughter”, has been deleted.

The “author” did this, which is me; however, I cannot remember doing it, nor would I have done this on purpose. Therefore, I expect the answer is that it has disappeared forever.

In my desperation, I thought I would ask my fellow members if you know if I could retrieve it?

Thank you for any help in advance 😢

I have no other words.
