I’ve lost 5 pounds a week on the ‘Matthew McConaughey diet’.
It’s not only been easy as hell, it’s been hella fun.

Two egg whites in the morning, four oz of fish with a cup of steamed vegetables for lunch, and the same thing thing for dinner. And as much wine as I want to drink.
Oh, and it doesn’t matter whether I work out or not. The results are the same.
McConaughey claims he lost 2.5 pounds a week on this diet and lost a total of 50 pounds for his role in the film Dallas Buyers Club.
So, I decided to put it to the test.
It’s only been 12 days, and I’ve already lost 10 pounds.
The best thing about this diet is that I rarely feel hungry (unlike other diets which can make people feel like they are starving themselves to death), I have more energy, and I appreciate the taste and texture of food more.
I’ll probably only stay on this diet for a few more weeks. Maybe lose another 5-10 pounds, call it good, and then get myself a double cheeseburger from Inn-N-Out.
