I’ve Been Here Before

Repeating situations

The same place and people, New faces in a new environment, Repeating experiences, familiar unknown people.

Blessings of choices, Create change or stick to familiar, Freedom or safety, Liberation or comfort?

Tired of the same old, Change is the only way, Turn within, not with-out, Choose the change you crave.

To feel alive, Walk away, Try again, Liberate yourself, let go.

Open to new, Breaking cycles, Burning karma, Freedom from eternal apathy.

The above poem was inspired by recent events in my life. Finding myself in the same situations and faced with the same people from my past just with the illusion of looking different.

These experiences tempted me to go back to a less responsible way of living. To a less accountable lifestyle. But I have come too far, and simply I understood the universe was giving me an option to turn away from myself again. Which was also an opportunity to choose me again.

My chance and opportunity to re-live what I once experienced. To change the way I respond to the events in front of me. A blessing to make new choices.

The universe has a way of allowing us never-ending chances to re-build, begin again and thrive.

I humbly and graciously accept the challenge once again to stand on my own two feet. To face me and to prioritize my unconventional needs and desires.
