It's Virgo Season!! It’s My Birthday!

As Virgo Season is nearing to an end I want to leave you guys some gifts from some Virgos. No it is not money or swag, however it will be the gifts of knowledge. For those who through shade at our sign or just don’t understand us, hopefully this will provide a little understanding of how we are wired!
As of August 23rd, we have entered what I like to call Virgo Season and I love being a Virgo! We are not like the twins with 1 person and 2 very different persons living there. However there is the side of us that the world sees, then there is the side of us that only those who truly know us, sees. We are known for being perfectionist, all about business and the all around perfect friend. We are ride or die loyal to our people and make shit happen. However we can be a bit judgmental.
I live with a Gemini and an Aries. Lord, bless my soul, I and the Aries are always locked in the battle of wills. I could give 3 flips about my zodiac sign until that little Aries rolled into my house and rocked my world, and I had absolutely NO clue as to what to do with her!
I understood my personality as was framed by the zodiac but had NEVER dealt with an Aries in my personal space. So 4 years ago, I went from randomly reading websites, to picking up some books. We do not have complete peace in my house but I at least understand where she is coming from.
Sasha Fierce or Beyonce?
There are things that I like about Beyonce. One of the things that Queen Bey and I have in common is that we are both Virgos! She has gifted the world with 3 songs about the Zodiac and 2 specifically for Virgos! We have Virgo Groove which was on the Renaissance Album. We have Signs and Virgo’s Gift both of which were on the Dangerously in Love album. Signs is one of my favorite songs. In this song, Beyonce melodically describes the various zodiacs and their quirks in a sensual but cute way.
In the song Signs, Beyonce bellows this beautiful line: “I wish he was a Virgo, the same sign as me, And know how to show me, love, cause I’ve been hurt by a Pisces”

In honor of it being Virgo Season, I want to leave you with a few Quotes from a few Virgos you may know! My hubby would argue that Gemini is where it is at, however I am extremely partial to Virgos. We are Everything from athlètes, entertainers to leaders and writers. There are so many Virgos that I have not included that you may want to take some time to be pleasantly surprised like Pink, Prince Harry, Keanu Reeves, Idris Elba, Amy Pohler, Jack Black and Salma Hayek to name a few.

There are those of us who have left our mark on the world as we advocate and speak truth to power for ourselves and others. I mentioned that Virgos are ride or die. That could mean to just our friends or family. There are times that loyalty extends who society and government leave for dead. Virgos have been there crying out in the streets as wisdom guides us to for all who may hear.
Virgos are among you, oh no!! We try not to be the center of the stage, however there truly are times we can ‘t help ourselves and end up with the spotlight directly on us. Those are moments that our gifts, talents, hard work and ethics move us into arenas that our personality never wanted. Some of us really need to work on our negative traits, while others of us need to harass the personality that we have, to propel us to our next level of greatness.
