It’s Time To Stop Allowing Other People To Run Your Life

I need to live life.

I have been living life in a small scared way because I’m scared of what others will say and think.

I don’t have a high opinion of myself so I allow other people’s opinions of me to become my reality.

It’s time to stop.

If people laugh or mock me so what? It might be embarrassing and hurt my feelings, but they will soon move on to spread their hate to others.

The ones who actually want to help will offer constructive criticism, while rude people will say rude things. I now embrace comments and reactions to my writing.

In the past, I would post and hope for the best. Too scared to promote or talk about what I’m doing and what I’m passionate about. I’m not afraid of what people will say anymore.

Some of the feedback is good and will help me in the future. Some of the comments are just mean, but I can’t control that, those people need to figure that out for themselves.

I refuse to allow those sad pathetic people to make me feel sad and pathetic too because that is what they want. They want everyone else to be as angry and hopeless as they are.

But no more. I want to be happy and share my talents with the world.

Who cares what other people say, live your life.
