My favorite stretch of a hiking trail near Grand Tetons National Forest in Wyoming meanders through inviting woods of tall pines. On autumn mornings, the earth beside the path is decorated with coral and green foliage and the soft, early sunlight bestows the forest with a magical, storybook quality.
