It’s Happening Right Now….
Pursuing success

When I feel a lack of joy, I feel a lot of other things, like overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout which is especially true if you are extra sensitive like me.
Most of the people in life live in two ways:
It’s Now or Later.
Think about your day how many things you thought you can do it tomorrow.
I am also like this who put things on later pile and never to get back on them.
I definitely have a long pile or laters.
The truth is, your laters are actually becoming now.
The actions that you take today are the bones of your ‘later’.
One is just the evolution of the other.
By doing nothing today you’re setting yourself up for a sub-par later.
“Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.” John Wooden
Procrastination:
I procrastinate a lot, specially from the things that are unknown to me.
If I am delaying something, it mostly mean I am probably never going to back on it.
So instead to putting them on my later pile, I address them today no matter what outcome I get.
I am liberating myself from the outcomes.
Be mindful of your tendency to procrastinate.
If you tend to put off tasks or decisions, ask yourself if delaying them will truly benefit you or if it’s just a way to avoid taking action.
“Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” Winston Churchill
In such cases, challenging yourself to address them “now” can help overcome procrastination.
You can feel like rubbish and still show up. In fact, I’m sure it’s the superpower of the greats.
Half of success is just learning to love the boring parts and backing yourself.
Take breaks, rest, or engage in self-care activities “now” to recharge and do your best.
You have got this!
“The whole secret of a successful life is to find out what is one’s destiny to do, and then do it.” Henry Ford
That’s all for today.
