Its Enough

Walking three miles not four Swimming 60 lengths not more Stretching ten minutes not fifteen Weighing once a week not more.
Finding nature wherever I am Being in nature whenever I can Capturing beauty that I see, Knowing creatures need be free.
Going out when I wish but, Staying home when I need. Finding joy in social things Comfort still when just me.
Happy with the person I see When the mirror reflects me. Concerned much less about Expectations from the rest.
Meditations while I walk Freely letting my mind talk Open thoughts while I swim Often finding peace within.
Thoughts on friends near and far Sending love to where they are Wishing hard that time could share Cherishing more when I am there.
Being myself my genuine self For friends and strangers alike Setting an example for all to see It’s totally enough to just be me.
