Episode 6 Dora’s Travesty of Justice

New discovery has occurred so our new findings bring us to Domestic Violence. I will reveal as much information that can be divulged about Dora Miller’s case. Dora Miller has asked me to tell her story in the first person so thank you for reading. Her 38 years of marriage were endured, not lived. Here is a synopses of what has occurred since Episode 5. The future episodes will be forthcoming. Here is her updated story:

Violence, Sexual Assaults, Physical Abuse, Emotional Abuse

All the violence, sexual assaults, physical and emotional abuse for 38 years of my marriage and up to present has been realized through written documentation, MP3s, journal entries and conversations with witnesses regarding my abuse are in my possession. I suppressed my memory of all events including my planned murder, but I am remembering and collecting evidence to continue to piece the puzzle together through my PI, Psychologist and Psychiatrist because of my newly diagnosed PTSD related to my abusive ex-husband, Donald Lucifer (trauma during the long term marriage since 1975, murder plot by Donald in 1995, rapes, and recent events). I am also now able to identify my abuse so I now am able to remember when, where, and who is responsible. My world is becoming narrower as my memory of the abuse emerges into my consciousness. I am hoping for justice as I improve.

Gaslighting

Donald’s gaslighting continues to this day as well as my trauma and health issues caused by him. I also suffer from Battered Wife Syndrome . 13,672 Instances of the following : The assaults include 3,640 vaginal rapes and 912 sodomy accompanied with 9,120 situations of verbal and physical abuse by Donald over the course of our 38 year marriage. He raped me, hit or punched me, at least 3 to 4 times a week. All the while, he said it was my fault and to never report it to the police because they never would believe he abused me. “They will believe me, not you.” In fact, when I first dated him, he told me that he had crabs from sitting on an unprotected toilet seat. I believed him. Decades later, I found out that he was in Tijuana with prostitutes and ended up with crabs that he passed on to me.

The Financial Support of Donald

I was a public middle school teacher and worked over 32 years teaching English as a Second language and I helped support Donald in all his entrepreneurial ventures. As a co-founder since 1985, he created Sonar Imaging Systems that is worth several 100’s of millions of dollars. He hid this company from the property settlement proceedings. He stopped me from investing my hard earned money. He told my financial planner, Melissa Goode that his money would be the only investment in the family. He forbid me to make any investments of my own or face further physical abuse.

Girlfriends and Lack of Assets

Donald tried to get me to retire in 1998. Unfortunately, I finally listened in 2005 which gave me several hundred dollars less less a month than if I waited to retire. He assured me that he would take care of me. He took control of my finances and did not permit me to make any investment at any time. Ironically, during the divorce, he did not disclose his assets to get even as he says for me divorcing him. He spent my inheritance on his girlfriend in Mexico-Conchita Lopez, Los Angeles-Chris Gary, his bromance in Lancaster-Jeb Davis, Japan-prostitute-unknown name, and Argos, Greece-prostitute-6/2012 to name a few as I recently found out.

Substitute Teaching

I stopped substitute teaching a couple of years ago for another 4 years of teaching reaching a total of 36 years (after my retirement from a full-time public middle school position). I then started a business so I could be financially secure. I am slightly above water, but I am concerned that in a few years, I will not have enough to live on all the while, Donald continues taking advantage of me. In the end, Donald took half my teacher’s pension while not disclosing that he was worth 100’s of millions of dollars, plus a $20 million dollar inheritance from his parents, Priscilla and Mauricio Lucifer while I live on $2,000 a month. After he took my pension, his childhood best friend, Red Weinstein said that Donald told him that “now that he has all your money, he no longer wants you dead.”

Multiple Affairs

To add insult to injury, I found out recently that Gary had been involved in a 25 year affair with Chris Gary who worked at Evergreen Dental and Orthodontics(He most likely met her a couple of years before Donald started Sonar Imaging Systems) and according to a source, Chris had an intimate knowledge of my attempted murder, and at the same time in 1995, he completed a deal with Bright Later Companies Dental Unit which was worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Donald’s co-founder, Marcus Landman, and his subsidiary president, Carl Lu refuse to speak about the amount of money Donald has received as well as giving Jen Davis money after he was released from prison.

Subsidizing Girlfriends

Unbeknownst to me, Donald lied about payments and made me pay for many his girlfriends, prostitutes, and his bromance with Jeb. I also was unaware of all of his extramarital sexual activities that gave me HPV because of Donald’s unprotected sex during his multiple affairs.

Hired Assasin

In 1995, he hired his employee, Jeb to come to our house in Santa Clara and kill me. (I luckily talked Jeb out of killing me after he unsuccessfully attempted to rape me). Instead, he was convicted of aggravated kidnapping only because I talked him out of killing me — he was sentenced to 14.9 years). On the same day of the kidnapping, Donald was at Sonar in the conference room finalizing the multi million dollar deal with Bright Later Dental Group. Jeb told me during the attempted murder, that Donald hired him to be a hitman. Donald told me he was very guilty after Jet’s arrest and told me “it wasn’t suppose happen this way” and went on to say it was my fault. Donald regularly ( over 20 years) told me: “You were supposed to open the front door for Jeb. There would be a struggle. You would die or go to jail.” Donald told me that my 20 year expiration date was 8/17/1995. Unfortunately, when we inquired about the police records of the Santa Ana Sheriffs Station, the record keeper Sergeant Keith Granite purged the record in 2021 during our conversation on the phone, telling me that aggravated kidnapping was a burglary.

Psychopathic Narcissist

Donald is a psychopathic narcissist and is a master at gaslighting-He was the mastermind of my murder plot in 1995 for hire that was carried out by Jeb Davis. I talked him out of it. Donald made me believe that he had no involvement in it. He told me “get over it.” Donald was always very careful not to make any marks on my body when he hit or slugged me . But, my continuous arthritis and shoulder pain, my tingling pain in my wrists and thumbs as well as inability to use them successfully (slashed during murder plot by Donald in 1995) have remained to name a couple of my lingering physical injuries that one cannot see physically but never the less hampers me from experiencing life fully without pain. As an example, he most always hit me in my right shoulder. Donald had panic attacks caused by the aftermath of the hostage taking and needed me to drive him everywhere. He hated me driving him and me and the situation he put himself in, so I became his punching bag. My right shoulder continually hurts to this day and I have developed arthritis and nerve damage because Donald hit me there routinely. Donald’s favorite thing to do was to put me in a situation to enact a fall and then I would fall on my right shoulder.

Narcissistic Gaslighting

Because Donald waged psychological warfare (narcissistic gaslighting) on me for the entire marriage, he was able to make me believe that his physical attacks on me were my fault. He forced me to submit to the sexual assault (rape and sodomy) or he would cheat on me. He would violently attack me if I did not succumb to his violence as well. Instead as I later found out, he cheated regularly and gave me HPV. I erased almost all memory of any of the abuse. I never could believe that Donald was capable of hiring someone to hurt me let alone kill me until now. His parents said “this is what family does so learn to accept it”. His great mastery of me was perfected over the years and I suppressed memories almost everything that happened.

Panic Attacks

Now, I have no doubt that Donald is behind that fateful day and Jeb did not act alone. I experience panic attacks caused by this. His parents said “this is what family does so learn to accept it”. 336 panic attacks since 1998 as a result of the physical violence from him and Jeb . As a result, I am fearful of sounds, being approached when I go into a public space because I have been raped so many times, I feel unsafe in public spaces because of this. It has become a trigger because of the rapes and other abuse as well. I also have severe insomnia (fear of having a repetitive nightmare of when Jeb kidnapped and attempted to rape me) because of the psychological trauma that I have endured at his hands.

PTSD

I have been recently diagnosed with PTSD by Henry Mayo Clinic in Washington state in 01/21/2022. This is an injury that a naked eye cannot see. I was diagnosed by Psychiatrist, Valerie Crayie. Psychologist, Susanne McGuinness is helping me to remember, understand reoccurring nightmares of the incident and fear of the return of Donald’s attacks and travail upon me. I now have evidence to tie Donald to my attempted murder as well as the officials of his company where he is co-founder. They covered up my assault and left a money trail. I have physical, mental, and emotional injuries and evidence as mentioned.
