It is easy to take the moral high ground 在沒有太多包袱的議題上喊喊口號，要佔道德高地實在很容易

每天我們都會接觸到不同的社會問題。

有很多議題，如黑人平權、女性平權、跨性別議題、動物權益及環保等，除了市民大眾會分享，在社交網站上換頭像等，商業機構也會「發聲」。最近因為美國警察誤殺黑人George Floyd一案後，即使該警員被判罪，亦有大型示威，品牌公司在IG都是Black lives matter洗版。

但一直以來某國壓迫少數民族他們卻視而不見 — 因為商機，他們可以選這些所謂門檻較低的、比較無傷大雅不會得罪客戶的議題來「發聲」，雖說是無可厚非，亦實在是非常虛偽。

美國警暴，品牌和名人、商業機構都紛紛「發聲」，一開IG都是黑色一片，貼圖謂要為受害人討回公道。然則香港很多少年男女事實沒犯事就被拆斷手腳，亦因為政府是獨裁政權的傀儡所以警員不會被捕逍遙法外，這些很正義的企業就全都沉默了。記得去年香港反送中事件，救護員被射爆眼，記者被打，學生無理被捕，一街躺著被催淚彈殺掉的街貓和候鳥，這些企業還好像在造夢似地貼出在香港旅遊享受豪華服務的圖片，連我在外國的朋友也問那些人是不是活在平行宇宙中。

有時看著那些選擇性的所謂「發聲」，真是寧願他們不作聲好了。但不行啊，總要做些什麼給人看，所以我看了還是勸自己看開一點，香港人說「搵食啫，犯法呀？」大概也可以用在這裡。

說環保一定不會錯，所以個個都在how dare you；兩性平權很重要，所以個個都在me too，種族歧視一定不對，所以大家都在black lives matter。我不是說這些議題有錯，以上的個人也很支持。然而這些比較不易觸及敏感痛處帶來反彈的議題，實在適合一些不想被人覺得對世事沒看法的人和企業用來佔道德高地。而所謂支持也很容易，只要拋出一些字眼換個社交網站圖片就是了。

這裡我想逐張圖簡單說一下：

“Black lives matter” 人人的命也重要，但為什麼黑人的命比較重要？其實大家也知不是如此，種族歧視的確存在，有些白人為主的國家的警察覺得你是黑人就可以對你更暴力。但注視美國黑人問題的人未必留意到南非的白人被歧視甚至殺害，而當地政府無甚動作甚至縱容。事實世上除了這些還有亞裔在歐美被歧視等，但種族歧視就是不對，不管什麼顏色對什麼顏色。 Black lives matter — Yes all lives matter, however in some countries black people are really being treated badly, and we see it in front of our eyes. There’s also Asian being treated badly in Europe, White people being treated badly in south Africa etc — two wrongs don’t make a right, none of them should be tolerated. Racism of any kind is wrong.

LGBT’s rights 我連寫都覺得奇怪，其實跨性別、同性戀等性少眾的議題根本不應是議題，因為都是他們自己的生活，只要他沒不是迫你做或是在你面前親熱其實大家都河水不犯井水吧？這些年同性戀已開始多人接受（用「接受」我也覺得太委屈，為什麼我的性向要一個我不認識的人來「接受」？），但例如變性人乃受到很大歧視。再寫下去我會寫一千字，這裡簡單總結一下：我畫變裝皇后畫得好開心。 I don’t even know why I have to write about this one. It is a personal matter. Unless they are forcing it on you or force you to watch them doing private things, it is not for others to judge. Over the years Gay and Lesbian rights has been improved, but for example transgender people are still facing a lot of discrimination. I could go on but let me make it short here: I had fun drawing the drag queen.

Women’s rights/Gender equality 這裡不只是說極端打壓女性的文化/國家，連女性被強暴也是判女性死刑讓男犯人逃之夭夭，白痴也知道是不對的吧。在所謂文明社會，女人和男人做「同樣」的工作收入較少當然不公平。我記得有老師說過以前男女老師工作一樣，但女教師收入較少，只因為她是女性，這是兩性不平等。但如果只論工作表現，剛好男性表現較好，而女的就覺得是因為自己是女性被歧視，就是在這議題上衍生出的問題。從來兩性問題都很複雜，很多個別事件，而男女由身體構造到思考方式亦有所不同，男女要在各個領域上「完全平等」只是空談，但真正的平等是減少不必要的不公，如上述教師薪金就是不公，但事事以性別出發也對兩性關係弊多於利，取得平衡，互相遷就和幫助才是出路。 Those so-called cultures which treats women like slave, when the woman got raped she would be sentence to death, while the rapist could get away with it are the worst. In the so-called civilised world, when men and women are working on the same task, women earn less, this is unfair. I remember an old lady said to me she earns less than the male teachers just because she is a female, this is gender inequality. However like some said, it could be the man is performing better on a project, the woman feel discriminated not getting rewarded just because she is a her, this could be a complicated issue — it seems every case can be individual, when we look at every case by ‘gender inequality’, it might set the wrong focus on some — and since men and women, or every single person are good at different things, I think what’s matter is “try to not being unfair’, respect and help each other is more practical than accusing each other. Of course this is another long topic so I am stopping here.

Animal rights 有些人虐待動物只為下流的快感。有些人要養寵物卻又不好好照顧牠們。那當然是最差的。我不是叫你要做個嚴格純素者，但最少就算要吃牠們，也該把動物要承受的痛苦減至最低-有些所謂的文化是會把動物活生生地吃掉（什麼猴腦/呼叫魚），完全無必要。平時用的化妝品護膚品盡量買非動物測試的產品。起碼做最基本的。 There are horrible people torture animals just for fun. There are people want pet to kill time but do not want to take care of them. Of course those are bad. I am saying at least minimise the suffering of animals even you are going to consume them . I am not even talking about everyone has to go strictly vegan, but those so-called culture that eat animals alive, it is not necessary. Try to choose make up or any skin care product that are animal-test free. At least do the basic things.

Small nations are not worthless. Their lives matter. 這個圖「混入」這堆「門檻較低」的議題的圖片中，可能有些人見到就立即裝作看不見了，本來想分享也即刪了。世界上有不少被侵佔的國家/民族在受所謂大國的壓迫，而因為很多其他有能力干涉幫助的國家也因為不想得罪「商業伙伴」，所以裝作沒看見。對，這些國家可能比較小，但不是不重要。如果你那麼大愛，為何又裝作看不見？這些地方的人的命也是命啊。 另外有些人會故意偷換概念：小國的人民因為被大國壓迫而對之有所避忌，就被那些支持暴政的人說是種族歧視。然而對打壓自己的人產生負面情緒才不是歧視吧。 This image is being ‘mixed’ into here might drive out some, and immediately this post is non-existed to them. There are many smaller countries that being invaded/ nations are being oppressed by the so-call bigger nations, and the others who are able to help are pretending nothing is happening, because they don’t want to piss their ‘business partner’ off. Right, some nations are smaller, but it doesn’t mean they are unimportant. If you are so compassionate, why are you silent? Their lives are lives too. Also, some who support the bigger tyranny regime would deliberately confuse the concepts, saying that the small nations dislike the bigger countries because they are oppressed by the later are ‘racist’ — It is nowhere near racism or discrimination when negative emotions was generated due to being suppressed.

There is nothing wrong with being white. 這不是一個支持川普的句子，是我真的這麼認為 — 對, 的確有很多白人至上主義者，但不少白人不停地說身為白人而感到慚愧也很奇怪，這不也是種族歧視嗎？底線是你根本控制不了自己的膚色啊。作為一個白人直男沒有錯，甚至因此而驕傲也沒問題，如同黑人可以驕傲身為黑人一樣。只有認為可以利用這些條件來壓迫其他人才是錯。如果因此去取笑那些「有色人種」去爭取他們的權利，那你白到像A4紙一樣也是噁心啊。 It is not a pro-Trump comment, but I really think this way — Yes, there are white supremacy racism, but many white people keep saying they are sorry for being white, isn’t it also racist? The bottom line is, you can’t control what colour you are born. There’s nothing wrong with being a white, heterosexual man, and it is even okay to feel good about it, just like black people can be proud of being black. It is only wrong if you take advantage of it to oppress those who aren’t. To laugh at some ‘coloured people’ who are fighting for their rights, then you are disgusting even you may be as white as the A4 paper.

We have only one Earth 我們自身的太陽之外，最接近我們的太陽系是位於半人馬座裡的比鄰星，離我們4.3光年。用我們現在的科技要80,000年才能到達。所以先放下丟低地球的念頭吧。 人人都在說支持環保，但說支持環保的人有多少真的在購物時想到環保，盡量減少使用過多天然資源？去Friday for future的人，有多少只是拿著大連鎖店的即棄飲料，穿著平價fast fashion去湊熱鬧，把垃圾丟得一地頭也不回就當自己作出貢獻了？我記得以前在工作時，看著一些受過高等教育的年輕人把一整疊沒使用過的白紙丟到垃圾桶裡。我很驚訝，說她不該那樣做，最少也拿去回收吧，她卻露出不耐煩的表情，說沒人會用，她才不管。我們不能在每件事上都做到最環保，例如一個人又要回收一切可能回收的，又以步行代替交通工具，又吃素減少炭排放，又一年不買一次衣服，又少搭飛機- 但每個人盡量做自己能做的也很重要，不要只說支持而什麼也不做。 The closest star (sun) to Earth is Proxima Centauri, it is 4.3 light-years from Earth. By our technology going there would take 80,000 years. So let’s forget about dumping Earth and let’s fix it. Everyone is talking about supporting environmental protection, but how many people who said that really think of being environment friendly when they go shopping, and minimise the use of excessive natural resources? How many people who go to “Friday for future” are just holding disposable drinks from big coffee chain, wearing fast fashion and leave a floor of rubbish behind, just like going to party? I remember long time ago at work, I witnessed some highly educated youngster throw a stack of unused blank paper into the bin. I was shocked that she did it. I said she should have keep it or at least put it into the recycle bin. She was not impressed and because I am just a nobody, she didn’t care. We may not be able to do everything putting environment friendly first — for example, one has to recycle everything that can be recycled, and instead of driving go to work on foot, and be vegetarian/vegan to reduce carbon emissions, and buy new clothes maximum once a year, and travel less with air plane etc — it is hard to do all the above, but everyone could tries to do a few from the list. It is important to ACT, rather than just to say you support it.
