Life is full and complete at this very moment. It is what it is in this now. We seek so many things in this outside world, but if we shift the focus inwards towards self, this now is throbbing with life.
It is what it is, Life living this, Through me, Expressing thee.
No thoughts to weigh, Transparent as it may, Flowing as it wishes, Right here and now, Life anew, afresh.
No resistance left, No conflicts are fed, Acceptance of whose and whom, Just now life is full.
Laughter from deep erupts, Silence is so refreshing, Aloneness is bliss, This now is so complete.
