Is Your Life A Puzzle? Do You Have Any Missing Pieces?

If I were a puzzle you could not put me together

I am scattered with too many missing pieces

My edges rough and broken

No vibrant colors only faded shades

If I were music you could not dance because I am out of tune

I am too loud or so faint you cannot hear me

My sounds clash and grate against one another

No rythmn only discord

If I were an emotion you could not understand me

I am all tumbled together, screaming

My emotions too agitated

No soothing found here, only agitation

Life is full of turmoil and each of us has to find ways to cope. Sometimes it is difficult to find comfort. We may feel alone.

Writing, either privately or publicly, helps me and I have read so many other writers who indicate they practice the same way of coping.

Maybe it would help you too. Give it a try. Keeping a journal is a good way to help understand your feelings.
