Is This the End?

Only if we let our NEXT opportunity go by and we vote for the wrong candidate.

We have a “new chance” to start correcting the course of this ship called the “Meandering Government” in 2024 — this depends on OUR vote for president. Vote for the “NEW” school of government.

We are the “Riders in the Storm.” The Storm the Government Created. The Ship gets heavier and heavier as we load it with DEBT — Image By natureworks At Pixabay.

In 2024, there will be two types of votes

  1. Kaizen Vote — People who still believe in career politicians. In other words, small incremental (wrong) changes (of their choice) will win the day.
  2. Kaikaku Vote — People who believe a “radical change” is needed to stop the government on its tracks and take it in the direction it was meant to exist before 1913 (110 years ago).

Next Year, There Cannot Be Partisan Votes

If we vote for ideology supported by partisanship — WE ARE DOOMED.

Today, we are here. The rock we are pushing uphill is about to roll over us. Image is CC 4.0, commonly used by many sources according to Google Image and slightly modified by the author in DALL-E.

Like Sisyphus, we are condemned to our fate of pushing the debt rock up the hill with a new difficulty! It gets bigger as we push it uphill.

I know that the political struggle we have been witnessing since WWII and have been participating in may be enough to fill our hearts and minds. However, at some point, we can NOT vote for the past and vote for small changes that WE have nothing to do with.

The ONLY time we have something to say is when we VOTE!

This is what the Peterson Foundation says about it:

“Americans Deeply Concerned about Worsening Fiscal Outlook, Growing Interest Burden and Looming Automatic Social Security Cuts.

Ahead of Upcoming Budget Deadlines, October U.S. Fiscal Confidence Index dips to 38 (100 is neutral)”

NEW YORK (October 26, 2023) — A new Peter G. Peterson Foundation survey shows that 89% of U.S. voters are calling for a bipartisan fiscal commission to address the rising national debt.

The Fiscal Confidence Index, like the Consumer Confidence Index, is indexed on a scale of 0 to 200, with a neutral midpoint of 100. A reading above 100 indicates positive sentiment. A reading below 100 indicates negative sentiment.

The current Fiscal Confidence Index score for CONCERN about the debt is 29, indicating deep concern about the debt. The score for debt as a PRIORITY that leaders must address is 22, indicating that Americans want elected leaders to make addressing long-term debt a high priority. The score for EXPECTATIONS about progress on the debt is 62.

I also know that Trump was a kaikaku vote that Partisanship totally Annihilated. Trump is as abrasive as 80 grit sandpaper, with an ego to match.

If Trump is the Republican nominee, we are doomed. We have to ensure this does not happen.

WE NEED NEW BLOOD

A different approach to govern. We need to get back to basics. New Blood is Vivek Ramaswamy — We have nothing to lose and a LOT to gain with this Kaikaku change.

Either that or the ship sinks in this storm

THE END.
