Is there hope for 2022 or shall we wait for better days?

Numerology predictions and 5 tips to make the most of the new year.

As we approach the New Year many are sceptical if next year will be better. It’s been quite a ride so far, so what can we expect in 2022? Is it going to be a good year or will the roller-coaster continue?

The year 2021 was number 5 (2+0+2+1=5) and that is a number of change, movement, and learning. Borders opened and people started traveling after being stuck in lockdowns, many people crossed over so we’ve had to deal with loss, new rules and regulations were introduced, and there was so much learning. Being in constant movement made it difficult to hold our ground and stand still. Even though some things felt resolved a lot of us still lack stability.

As we approach 2022 many predict that it won’t be any better for a while. This pandemic seems to be never-ending and let’s face it — we’re all fed up. It’s been a tough couple of years.

Being the eternal optimist aiming to give you hope and inspiration I want to shed some light from a numerology perspective.

Have you ever had repetitive numbers show up and think it was a good sign? Well, it is! This is a way the Universe and our guides show us we’re on the right path, or tell us to pay attention to something in that given moment. Number 2 is a Master Number which means there is a lesson to be learned, and it’s usually something life-changing.

Since we have repetitive twos this year, is it a good thing? Let’s put it this way…

YES, repetitive 2s is a good sign and we are on the right path. YES, 2 is a Master Number so expect major shifts and learning to occur. Seize this opportunity to build the kind of life you truly desire. YES, things should come down this year as we find balance in this new reality we have created.

I actually do expect things to get better, as number 6 (2+0+2+2=6) is the number of UNITY and BALANCE. After so much division I am hoping to see people come together and connect more.

My advice — take what you’ve learned in 2021 and see how you can introduce change into your life. What felt beneficial keep with you and what drained your energy lovingly let go.

Take a breath. Sit still for a moment and connect with yourself.

Here are 5 Tips On How To Make The Most Of 2022

#1 Self-Care For Balance

Having health issues at the forefront it is essential to take care of yourself — physically, mentally, and spiritually. This helps maintain balance and wellbeing, so you can support yourself and others. We have had to step up our game and be stronger than ever. Make sure to fill your battery first so you can keep this up.

Take breaks, introduce daily rituals, meditate, breathe, exercise, get fresh air, sit in the sun, get creative, nourish your body in any way that feels aligned for you.

#2 Focus On Your Relationships

Love, family, and relationships will be important this year. This can be something like doing an ancestral healing and forgiveness, or strengthening connections and spending quality time with your loved ones.

Show up for each other, hold space, listen, communicate, connect, and just be there.

This year will be easier if you have your community by your side. Together we are stronger and can get through anything.

#3 Compassion, Kindness & Love

Tap into your heart space and stay in the loving energy as much as possible. This doesn’t only serve others, but helps your wellbeing too. When you are in fearful energy it weakens you, and disturbs your peace. Remember, balance is key this year so to maintain it — don’t allow anything to get you off track.

“Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” — Yoda, Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace, 1999

We are all going through something that might not be obvious on the outside. See yourself in others and show up with compassion. Treat every person as you would like to be treated, and wait before reacting.

We could all use a hug right about now and a little kindness. So why not be that person that shows up and makes a difference in someone’s day?

#4 New Year, New Me

This year your New Year’s resolutions might not be just something you say you’ll do, but something you fully embrace! Reinvent yourself in some way, whether it’s coming out of your spiritual closet, getting a new hairdo or launching a new business.

Where are you hiding your light? Which part of you feels ready to come out? It might become more obvious as the year progresses.

#5 What You Focus On You Shall Attract

Monitor your thoughts as everything will manifest much faster. Focus on worries and lack, and you’ll attract more problems. Think of abundance and blessings, and that’s what will come. Practicing mindfulness can help you stay in the present moment and redirecting your energy becomes easier.

Practice gratitude every day, visualize your ideal outcome or write your goals in your journal. Think about what you want to manifest and take action where needed.

Overall, this year can be good if you set up good practices in your life to stay in balance and focus on what you desire. Be patient, breathe and connect with your heart. Even though things may seem chaotic, remember that peace comes from within.

I am wishing you all a happy new year!
