Summary

The "Apollo 20" is purported to be a classified American-Soviet mission to explore an ancient alien ship on the Moon's far side, as suggested by controversial footage and images released on YouTube and supported by various accounts and analyses.

Abstract

Controversial footage referred to as the "Apollo 20 footage" has surfaced on YouTube, causing a stir in the ufological community. The footage suggests the existence of a classified mission, "Apollo 20," which allegedly took place after the official cancellation of the mission by NASA in 1970. It supposedly involved the exploration of a mysterious, ancient alien ship located on the far side of the Moon. The footage and subsequent images have sparked debate over their authenticity, with some pointing to the presence of a strange, cigar-shaped object in NASA photos from the Apollo 15 mission as potential evidence. Various individuals, including a former NASA engineer and a retired USAF Sergeant, have provided testimonies that align with the idea of classified lunar missions and the existence of unexplained structures on the Moon.

Opinions

  • The ufological community is intrigued and divided over the authenticity of the "Apollo 20" footage and the existence of the mission itself.
  • Some believe the footage to be a skillful fake, while others consider it evidence of a secret space operation.
  • The presence of a strange object on the Moon, as seen in NASA photos, is cited as possible proof of an artificial structure of ancient origin.
  • Testimonies from individuals with potential insider knowledge, such as Clark McClelland and Karl Wolfe, lend credibility to the possibility of classified missions and lunar anomalies.
  • The analyses of the footage and images, along with historical references, suggest that there may be more to the official narrative of lunar exploration than has been publicly disclosed.

Is the “Apollo 20” an American-Soviet classified mission aimed at exploring an abandoned alien ship on the moon?

A recent controversial footage lasting about 6 minutes, which appears to be a digital transfer from a film and is being referred to as the “Apollo 20 footage,” has been released on YouTube. This footage is causing amazement among the ufological community worldwide.

The release of controversial footage on YouTube sparks debate: is it a leak of information or a skillful fake?

A recent controversial footage lasting about 6 minutes, which appears to be a digital transfer from a film and is being referred to as the “Apollo 20 footage,” has been released on YouTube. This footage has stirred excitement among the ufological community worldwide. The footage is purportedly from a NASA classified mission, possibly the “Apollo 20” mission, or as indicated by subtitles in the dialogues between the crew and Mission Control, the “Vandenberg 20” mission.

It’s important to note that the last official landing mission on the Moon was NASA’s “Apollo 17” in December 1972, and the Apollo 20 mission was officially canceled by NASA in 1970. If the footage is authentic and not a hoax or fake, it suggests that the purpose of the mission would have been to investigate a mysterious object nearby and possibly conduct a secret retrieval operation.

However, the presumed “Apollo 20” footage isn’t the only material that has surfaced recently. Someone has also released footage of a presumed studio for the flyover of an assumed alien spaceship (referred to as a “preflight study for Apollo 20”), and several shots of a strange object on the backside of the Moon have appeared on YouTube as well (identified as AS20–1020, AS20–1022, and AS20-FWD-7250).

Fake or truth?

In the video’s introduction, there is a marking featuring the presumed logo of the mission. However, a brief moment of another marking related to a video of the Apollo 11 Mission is seen, likely from a former recording on the tape. While the initial seconds may appear unreliable and contradictory, the subsequent part of the video appears intriguing, well-executed, and consistent with old hand-made space footage captured during a flyover of the Moon. Nevertheless, it’s important to note that the video appears to be an edit of at least two scenes, both apparently captured while flying over the surface of the Moon.

As per the file-card information provided by the YouTube user “retiredafb,” who uploaded the controversial footage and shots, it indicates that he is a 76-year-old individual residing in Rwanda.

“Apollo 20 embarked on its mission to the moon on August 16, 1976. Its destination was Iszak D, located southwest of Delporte Crater on the far side of the moon. This joint Soviet-American mission comprised a crew consisting of William Rutledge, Commander and former member of Bell Laboratories, Leona Snyder, Command and Service Module (CSP) pilot also from Bell Laboratories, and Alexei Leonov, a Soviet cosmonaut and former participant in the “Apollo Soyuz” mission one year earlier.

However, the most intriguing aspect of the mission pertains to the presumed alien ship. According to reports, the ship appeared to be incredibly ancient, with an estimated age of 1.5 billion years. Evidence such as meteorite impacts and dust/hills coverings indicated its age. It’s noteworthy that the ship had been explored prior to the first human expedition reaching the lunar singularity.”

Is this individual an American or Soviet former technician who worked as an insider during the 1970s on classified space missions and now resides in Africa? Even the “Apollo 20 the legacy part 1 The City” video below is highly intriguing and evocative.

Furthermore, there is the presumed lift-off of the Apollo 20.

I am not a photographer, nor am I an expert in special effects or an information technology technician. Therefore, I am not in a position to comment on the technical features of the footage. However, what is particularly intriguing is the presence of a strange object on the Moon, which closely resembles the one depicted in the video. I am referring to the object visible in a couple of NASA pictures taken during the Apollo 15 mission (click below images).

The cigar-shaped object appears to be leaning against a crater at a slight angle, evidenced by the shadow it casts on the lunar surface. The visible area in the footage bears a striking resemblance to regions depicted in original NASA photos taken during the Apollo 15 mission.

The coordinates of the Moon region where this unusual object is located are as follows:

  • Latitude: 10° S
  • Longitude: 117.5° E This places it southwest of Delporte and north of Izsak, on the backside of the Moon.

Official NASA photos can be accessed through the website of the Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI) in Houston. The LPI is a research institute that provides support services to NASA and the planetary science community. The specific photos referenced are AS15-P-9630 and AS15-P-9625, sourced from the Apollo Image Atlas.

The photographs were taken in 1971 by Apollo 15 during its 38th revolution, from an altitude of 117 km. Both original photos share the following specifications: Image Width: 45.24 inches, Image Height: 4.5 inches, and Film Color: black & white. By focusing on the center and slightly moving to the right while zooming in, one can observe the mysterious object.

Now, we may ponder: do classified NASA missions truly exist, or did they exist in the past? The answer could very well be affirmative. Notably, there are two primary launch sites for Space Shuttles and spacecraft: the Kennedy Space Center in Florida and Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.

Furthermore, numerous witnesses and references support the notion of classified missions. One such reference is from Clark McClelland, a former NASA engineer, and another comes from Robert M. Collins, a former USAF Captain. In Italy, for instance, significant assertions have been made by two university professors: Luigi Balis Crema and Antonio Castellani, both from “La Sapienza” Rome University’s Faculty of Engineering. In their insightful essay “L’esplorazione dello spazio” (The Space Exploration), published in Italy in 1997 by Newton & Compton Publisher.

In the Italian text, it is stated that in 1992, the Shuttle Discovery conducted the “last ‘secret’ mission” for the US Department of Defense (DOD) at the end of the year, with a “military crew.”

Regarding the two NASA pictures, which are authentic and display the strange object, I conducted a brief analysis using Gimp software (version 2.2.10). My aim was to emphasize the edges of the massive object leaning on the lunar surface.

Apart from the controversial footage, it is undeniable that on that occasion in 1971, Apollo 15 captured images showing a strange, cigar-shaped object, the nature of which remains uncertain. Some may argue that a metallic artificial structure should appear distinct from a rocky surface. However, the reflection of light on an ancient structure, possibly covered by dust from past impacts with asteroids and meteors, could resemble that of a rocky surface. Whether it is a peculiar, massive rock formation leaning against a crater or something else entirely, the backside of the Moon harbors numerous enigmatic objects.

Karl Wolfe, a retired Sergeant with top-secret crypto clearance for the US Air Force stationed at Langley AFB in Virginia, testified about these objects during a press conference organized by Dr. Steven Greer, Director of the Disclosure Project, which took place on May 9, 2001, in Washington D.C.

Despite potentially misremembering the exact year when he encountered Lunar Orbiter photos (as the first Lunar Orbiter was launched in 1966 and Karl Wolfe mentioned 1965, which is not possible since the last Lunar Orbiter, the 5th, was launched in 1967), Karl Wolfe addressed the journalists, recalling an encounter with an Airman Second Class at a photo laboratory in Langley.

The Airman reportedly informed Wolfe that they had discovered a base on the backside of the Moon. Subsequently, the Airman showed Wolfe photos taken by one of the Lunar Orbiter missions, which Wolfe described as depicting structures half a mile in size. Among them were very tall buildings resembling towers, as well as spherical and domed structures of considerable size.

The cover of the documentary directed by Jose Escamilla showcases compelling evidence. For skeptics or those who may not believe him, I recommend watching the remarkable documentary titled “UFO: The Greatest Story Ever Denied,” directed by Jose Escamilla (watch the clip below). In this documentary, viewers will encounter photos taken by the Clementine Mission, revealing instances where certain features were airbrushed by NASA.
