INNOVATION. PHILOSOPHY. SELF IMPROVEMENT. STOICISM.

Is Philosophy A Myriad Of Riddles?

Reading between the lines can be of great quality.

DIGITAL BUGGU FROM PEXELS.COM.

Definition.

Philosophy; is a way of thinking about the world, the universe, and society. It works by asking very basic questions about the nature of human thought, the nature of the universe, and the connections between them. The ideas in philosophy are often general and abstract.

Think about thinking.

Reading between the lines and abstracting the keywords.

Analysis of the tone or delivery process from within the content of quotes from philosophers and the actual mindset of philosophy is something that I believe can have positive results in various forms.

If you go back through historical ages and dig deep into the content and insights from that era whether it’s Greek/Roman/Edwardian or Victorian in each moment of that lifetime my theory is you will be able to see a pattern.

Those fundamental components are by definition; the methodology and ideology which form metaphorical pillars of the foundation for philosophy to build and grow in whatever capacity.

Seneca.

Lucius Annaeus Seneca, also known as Seneca the Younger, was a Hispano-Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, dramatist, and — in one work — satirist from the Silver Age of Latin literature. Seneca was born in Corduba in Hispania and raised in Rome, where he was trained in rhetoric and philosophy. (Credits to Wikipedia.com)

Born: Córdoba, Spain

Died: 12 April 65 AD, Rome, Italy

Full name: Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Influenced by: Epicurus, Plato, Ovid, Virgil, Euripides, Zeno of Citium, Publilius & Syrus.

Seneca’s four beliefs. Wisdom, Justice, Courage & Moderation.

Next, I want to share with you some information and insights about “Socrates”.

I want to also mention a brilliant content creation by Paul Myers MBA which has inspired me to create my piece of content.

Socrates.

Socrates (469/470–399 BCE) was a Greek philosopher and is considered the father of western philosophy. Plato (l. c. 428–348 BCE) was his most famous student and would teach Aristotle (l. 384–322 BCE) who would then tutor Alexander the Great (l. 356–323 BCE). By this progression, Greek philosophy, as first developed by Socrates, was spread throughout the known world during Alexander’s conquests.

Here’s a link to an excellent article by Joshua. J. Mark. (2009)

Socrates has been celebrated right through the ages and maybe he could have possibly been the catalyst for what philosophy we still read and study in the modern world of today.

3 personal quotes.

Here are my 3 philosophy quotes that I have tried to follow. I believe strongly that I have been exposed to a lot of unorthodox experiences in my 42 years.

I’m only now realising the various philosophical dimensions that can be used for a genuine positive outcome.

It is not the circumstances we confront.

That dictate the life we experience.

Sometimes, you have to work outside the boundaries of conventional morality to get where you need to be.

Believe half of what you hear and all of what you see.

I’m sure you have your own visions and outlook on life.

I encourage you to read about the content of the great philosophers of ancient history.

See what you can relate to or use for a positive outcome in your life experiences.

You have nothing to lose but maybe a lot to gain as you constantly evolve and grow.
