Is Life a Choice between Carving a Destiny or Accepting a Fate

A poem — maybe its time to decide

You should know, life patiently waits with no exception for each of us to comprehend, we are born of stars

So while we fly kites in between the significance we give to yesterday's memories, and imaginations of tomorrow

Life waits Waits with truths, we should know

Like Even though we have invented many, many names Chasing certainty is a pointless and endless game

Life nudges and winks Despite how we existentially think

And even though we shamrock thinking its all clover Life forever guides us On our windy way so that we discern meaning and internal growth

Our season endeavours are to be absorbed in the fauna of the person we are destined to be And as we tend our green garden we may see there is no need to look to the skies for answers or search outdoors and beyond the borders of our control

Instead, we must look within and understand today we live the idea of who we become

So when one day you ask that all-important question

Who am I

You will know in the returned silence that you will meet your event horizon and it is because of free will we can pull the strings of tension in deciding to carve our destiny or accept our fate

Thanks for reading. Have fun. 😊

Thank you to the fabulous Christine Graves (and Ravyne Hawke) for her Promptly Written A Word-A-Day prompts. Love them!

I know the idea is to take a word a day and use it as a prompt, but I was intrigued and wanted to see if I could mix up a few past words into a poem.
