Experience Makes You Learn Through Your Life
Experience is one of those precious moments in our lives. It gives us moments to reflect on what is going on in our lives. Are we doing this well in situations? Or can we do differently? Are we the ones responsible for what happened?
Questions we ask ourselves a lot when things happen. You’re asking yourself if you are the one to blame for the situation. At least I do always. As there happened a lot to me, from bullying to abuse, I questioned myself if I could do something differently. In some cases, I could, but mostly I know I wasn’t the one to blame for.
These experiences learned me how to see the world, how to see reactions of people, how to behave if someone is not feeling ok, and continue with what might happen. These experiences have taught me to listen to my gut what’s best for myself and others.
Experiences are never useless. Because you will learn, consciousness or not consciousness. Eventually, the experience will come back to you sooner or later and you will be remembered of that experience. Then you look back on how you handled that experience and you will be remembered how you will do it in the future. When it comes back could be in your dream, in another experience or stories you hear and you will tell that person how you have handled that experience.
To me, this experience is how I feel when it happened. What can I do better? What will I do better? What the situation in the first place and what were the learning points.
Always be open to learning new things in your life. From every situation you experienced.
What are the points you should look at learn from the experiences you had?
- Be willing to ask questions yourself and the others who were involved. This will teach you not only looking to your own perspective but also the perspective of other people to understand the situation fully.
- Think about your part in the situation. If you ask yourself this question, then you definitely will learn from your experiences.
- After all: don’t get stressed about these situations.
