Is Chaos in Life Working For You or Not?
Do you sometimes put things off because you don’t feel like doing them? I know this is not a good habit, but we all do it sometimes, don’t we?
For example, you need to follow up with a prospect. You need to do more outreach or deal with that email.
You know what you need to do, but sometimes you can’t get yourself to do it. Sometimes it feels like you have to push yourself to do things.
You have goals, but it feels like you’re pushing yourself instead of being pulled towards them. It’s like you are grinding it out, pushing through.
People often feel overwhelmed and stressed when doing too many things at once. This can lead to them feeling out of control and like a “loser.”
When you procrastinate, it’s not just that you’re not getting things done. You also feel negative about yourself. You feel stressed and burned out. And you feel like failures.
It can feel like everything is going wrong, and you’re stuck in a negative cycle. This can make you start to doubt what you’re doing.
So, let’s talk about CHAOS or MESSES in life.
There are many different forms of chaos. It might show up as money problems, a lack of understanding about your future, a lot of things to do, or a messy office. But no matter what form it takes, there is always a reason for it.
If you have a lot of chaos in your life, you will find it difficult to move forward. This is because you don’t have the space to do what you want. It also takes more energy to move around in a cluttered room than in a clean one.
Why should you clean up your MESSES in life?
Many things might be cluttering up your life and not doing you any good. This includes material possessions, guilt, feelings of inadequacy, and addictions. If these take up your time and energy, it is time to get rid of them.
If the people around you have messes in their lives, likely, you will too. This is because we often learn how to behave from the people we spend the most time with.
If you do not take care of things, they will get messy, and it will be hard to clean them up. Unfortunately, some people are not good at cleaning up messes. They make more messes, and then you have to clean them up. It is harder to clean up when many people are around making more messes.
If you don’t take care of your life, bad things will happen. This is like when you don’t take care of a chair, and the weeds will grow.
If you want to get your life back on track, start getting rid of things blocking you.
The first step is understanding what might be holding you back. It would help to think about where chaos shows up in your life and why it might be there.
Even minor chaos, like a cluttered closet or dirty dishes in the sink, needs to be tackled.
Start with the things that are easier to fix. For example, if you know that you spend too much money on clothes, try to cut back. Once that is under control, move on to another area.
If you have money problems, don’t just focus on making more money. Make sure you are spending less than you make. If there are other reasons for the money problems (like guilt or fear), fix those too.
You will not be able to do everything at once. Trying to fix things can be tiring, even small things. It’s like when you have thoughts in your mind that you’re supposed to do something, but you keep thinking about it and trying to do it right.
We can do this today, and who wants to tackle your chaos today?
