Invitation To The Clouds

Come soon again and bring rain too

The clouds bellowed, The morning was dark, Lightning and thunder, The rain was torrential.

In the garden outside, The plants were happy, Clouds gave them a promise, The rain makes them green.

The farmers are delighted, Clouds are their friend, Rain gives them a good crop, To see them grow and shine.

We are pleasantly optimistic, With the prediction of rain, And good weather to follow, We love you clouds Do come soon again.

It has been a cloudy day with torrential rain in the morning in Delhi and then off and on the clouds vanish. Delhi which was suffering from pollution is now clean and green. It is in the moderately good category of air.

We have to thank the clouds for bringing in the rain and clearing the environment. Farmers are delighted as they like winter rain for their crops. The plants in the gardens also look washed and cleaned.

Nature has its own way to do things.

Thank you, Whitney Rose, for publishing my poems in Flicker and Flight in 2020 and making such a good connection. I hope we continue to share good vibes in 2o21 too.
