INTRODUCTION TO MONK MODE (SHORT INTRO)
Monk Mode depicts the state of being completely focused on training and only training.

Monk Mode is about unsubscribing yourself from any other activity that can distract you from your current one. ( It's also know as sabbatical)
In Monk Mode, there are no excessive fun, no other activity sets in. Only and exclusively training. It’s about setting yourself aside from any possible distractions and focusing yourself solely on self‑improvement and big goals in life. Your goal in Monk Mode could be t o squeeze the ultimate focus and personal improvement speed out of your life. Be Mindful too, because you only want to bring the best version of yourself out. ( It's more like a secret place to me) Steps And Strategies To Take In Monk Mode.
1: Eliminate Distractions And Take Responsibility: Tidy up what could possibly serve as a distraction to you during this stage. You're going into a "Secret Place I call it" it's meant to hide you in order to improve the quality of whatever you want.
2. Know And Implement The 3 I's. The monk mode mental framework is based on three I’s: Introspection, Isolation, and Improvement. It’s a temporal state where you isolate your self and also your activities from the rest of the world to some period, having in mind that the genuine reason for this is for your goals, focusing on yourself and setting yourself up to the right radar you want your life to be on. ( Calibration of your future, simply put).
The monk mode is carried out via a mental framework. Your mental state keeps the drive going. The goal of being in monk mode is not in living hiding away from the world or leaving the world away from what you do. You utterly need real-world interaction with other people (the people that can help in any situation you're in) to really learn, hear and gain experience about what you need at that moment. It’s more about isolating yourself from worldly distractions and socializing and other activities that could prevent you from leveling up your skill and achieving your big goals ahead of you.
