Introducing Nomad Land by Dorottya Doka
Creating beautiful artwork and natural beeswax candles
Dorottya Art (Dorottya Doka) is an amazing young woman who has done many great things in her life. She is an artist; she has been creating beautiful paintings. She is a jewelry maker, a massage therapist, and English teacher and tutor of young souls in kindergarten and now she is also a beeswax candle maker. Dora moved to the United States from Hungary this summer. The adventure of starting a new life in a new country inspired her.
Dorottya Art started a new adventure creating Nomad Land NomadlandArt as a new business where you can find amazing beeswax candles and beautiful artwork. Dorottya Art wanted to create something beautiful and natural that can make us feel good.
She was inspired by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
She felt that by using beeswax that is from the United States — local resourcing- and hand pouring the candles she brings her love and joy of nature to others.
She created two lines of candles one line includes the yellow beeswax that is not scented since it has its own amazing warm honey smell that will sweeten your day.
The second line is the white beeswax with natural smells inspired by the fall including cinnamon, apple pie, pine and additional scents that remind you walking in the woods.
Dorottya Art has the ability to start on an empty canvas and make amazing art emerge. She like to get some base information if she makes the paintings for order like color theme and purpose of the painting. She loves to work with additional earth elements like rope, beads, buttons, glass, mirror, mosaic, plastic or metal pieces.
She had created a painting before that had coffee beans in it for a coffee company’s administration office in Hungary. Dora likes to listen to music while she creates. Rock and Roll is her music to go to when she paints. She loves the Red-Hot Chili Peppers.

The painting above was created for my request for my bee’s story for my book If I could be. I love how the bees are represented as little golden beads flying around the sky and returning to their golden honeycomb.
Dorottya Art created a cover page for some of my books including this little story book Limitless New Beginnings. I love the Spanish dancer in the cover page.
