Interviews With our Editors Coming Soon + Weekly Challenge Prompt
Keeping things exciting.

Greetings!
Hope you’re all feeling fantastic today and every day! Wednesdays at KTHT are usually a lot of fun, as my fellow editors and I come up with weekly challenges to keep you all entertained, stimulated and hungry for self-reflection. However, I wanted to use this opportunity to introduce a new project we’re currently working on — one that will bring editors and writers closer and make the whole writing experience more meaningful for all of us.
Interviews with our editors!!!
First of all, you must know that these interviews will not include common questions, such as “Where are you from?”, “What made you decide to write on Medium?”, etc. Our interviews will include deep questions which will spark deep conversations between editors and writers. To give you an example, our editors may be asked something like “Is nature moving towards dissolution, or integration?”
Furthermore, each editor will pick a writer they wish to interview and then, if the writer in question continues this game, they can choose another person to interview and so on. I think you get where I’m going with this…
The most important factor is asking meaningful, deep questions. No small talk allowed!
We will start our interview series next Wednesday, so stay tuned and start thinking about who you’d like to find out more about and what you’d like to ask them. Until then…
Our weekly challenge prompt!
The truth is, we have loads of prompts floating around on KTHT at the moment. But… There can never be too many! We need a lot of variety. We thrive on variety!
Therefore, this week’s challenge prompt is:
What are all the impossibilities that were made possible in order for you to be where you are at this moment right now?
Need I say more? Have fun with this question. See where it takes you. No right or wrong, remember?
Also, a quick recap of our recommendations:
- Use the prompt to write a poem or personal essay.
- (Tag) Mention at least (3) three of your favorite writers (here at KTHT or elsewhere on Medium) and ask them to participate. Each of those writers will then mention at least (3) three more, and so on.
- You may submit your story to KTHT or to any publication that allows prompts from other publications.
- Regardless of where you submit your piece, You MUST include a link back to this page and (Tag) mention one or all of the KTHT editors — jules, Ravyne Hawke, Spyder, Diana C.
