Interview with Jean Carfantan
I don’t have hidden agendas, I don’t like manipulation or lies. I scan people about their sincerity, but without judgement.
Jean Carfantan is a creative writer and I have always seen spirituality, life, dreams, and positivity in his words. I love his poetry too covering wide range of topics. To name a few: universe, science, stars, and planets. I like the way he tells about fictional stories as if he was right there to witness everything to pen down them into words later on.
His personality is charming. He is smart, kind-hearted, and compassionate while showing love to others. I admire him for keeping constant communication with his witty talks and pouring his heart in his work. I became a part of his publication “Queen’s Children” which he has started recently and found some of the writers sharing extremely good thoughts and spreading the message of humanity.
I am elated to read more about him as a person and what kind of learning he has endured in his life. I hope you would be extremely grateful to know about him a bit more too.
- Where do you belong to? Is there anything you would like to change about the place you belong to?
I belong to Brittany and to my people, I would like to change many things. I’d like Brittany to be free for its language, its culture, its resources, free to teach its history. This country is tall like the Denmark, we could have been independent but we are too near from a hungry country next to us.
2. What sets your soul on fire?
It is curiosity and Love. Feeling aligned with my inner template is what keeps my soul on fire. We need Love to help this planet in this key moment. Love is not feeling love, it is radiating Love for this planet, a Love in action that send waves of light energy towards this planet. To love is to work on fears to transform them. We are one beyond opinions, religions and diversity. We have no time.
3. Which one is your favorite family memory and why?
My best memories are when we went to the sea all day long, laughing, swimming, daydreaming. We were 6 children. I am introvert and I love having my own space in the middle of a group.
4. Is there anyone in your life you could give your life for? If yes, why?
No, if someone is drowning, I could go if i think I have a chance. In fact it is impossible to know really, all depends on circumstances. When your kayak flips over and you straighten it up, it is called a rolling. I prefer to wait for the moment when it happens to perform the rolling, I don’t train too much. I don’t know what I would do. My family does not need I sacrifice my life but who knows ?
5. Do you pour love into self from time to time?
Yes I think you can’t really love anyone if you don’t love yourself, not in a narcissi way but to dare performing stunning actions. I don’t believe in self-improvement, I prefer, like for the rolling, to learn through real circumstances, through a project. We create our path by walking.
6. How often you observe the people near you?
Not a lot, I feel them, I communicate. I am not very interested into psychology, more about motivation.
7. Why do you hope for? Does it change something within you or around you?
I hope we’ll go through these dangerous times. In the very near future, we’ll have to choose, neutrality won’t be possible. I know mine but I am not sure of the choice for each one I love.
The planet will go through, but we have to weigh so that more people will choose Love instead of fear. Since I write in English I receive messages, they are my spiritual teaching, along with my dreams.
8. How does it feel like being a woman to you?
I love to be a man with a feminine side. I enjoy the masculine side too. We need both. I love masculine friendship but I discover it now, I have always been friend with women in my life because I understand them and I feel hurt to see how men behave with them. I think times come when women will take charge of this planet again for the best for all of us. Men have done a coup to take power.
9. What you would like us to remember you for?
He did what he could for this planet, my Love, searching for peace always, smiles, some of my words made you think.
10. How would you describe your life?
I live in a paradise with biodiversity in 6000 square meters with my wife Sylvie and soul mate, my daughter Rachel who draws magnificent mandalas. We live with Diego a Coley and Praline, our cat who was adopted by our first cat Merlin. My wife is retired and I still work as a web developer in Pau. I have been writing since 15 years old. Had been an actor and screen player before creating websites.
11. What keeps you on your toes and how do you like to spend your time?
Writing, doing spiritual practice, healing with my hands, kayaking, reading.
12. When life gives you lemon what do you make out of it?
Sharing or eating it or may be seeding it.
13. What mystery of life you would like to have an answer for?
I don’t want to have answers only new questions. Real answers are what your life is changed inside and outside.
14. How were you different five years ago from what you are today?
I was more reactive, more impulsive, more in anger. Now I breathe more before reacting.
I was less involved in writing. I had some illusions about creating a website with react and nodejs. I am a web developer. Now I found freedom writing in English. I channel more ideas from the Universe. I never use the word God, The Unnamable does not need walls, has no gender, nor skin color.
15. What would you like to leave as your legacy? Is there any message you would like to communicate to us?
Souvenirs about my simplicity and sincerity. You can’t miss that vibe when it is here. I don’t have hidden agendas, I don’t like manipulation or lies. I scan people about their sincerity, but without judgement.
