Internal Error — AWS CloudShell

So I’m happily typing away in AWS CloudShell and troubleshooting a few issues in my CloudFormation template and suddenly this:
My function working now fails.
Earlier I got a similar error with:
aws sts get-caller-identityOne of my functions calls that but i don’t know if it is related.
Restart AWS CloudShell doesn’t seem to fix anything.
Refreshing the page fixes the problem.
