I noticed some traffic that is not typical on my network so I took a look at the IP address. It says that it’s open on port 80 so I just plugged the IP address into my browser on a particular computer to see what came back. (don’t generally recommend this for suspicious IPs, by the way).

My local firewall had a problem determining the correct DNS record. It says it can either resolve to an Amazon domain name …or an Apple domain name?

That’s interesting. Could it be a service both these companies use?

So I look up the IP and it has something to do with Adobe.

I didn’t take it further, but I wish that all websites would use port 443 only with proper TLS. If your website is still using port 80 somewhere, it’s a risk even if you think it’s non-critical content. That content could be altered in transit potentially.
