Inner Alchemy
Once we unlock the magic within
I now believe we all have the power to unlock the magic within. The more I have seen people being their authentic selves and thriving- the more I have seen with my own three eyes the inner potential of myself.
This has also really cemented in me the belief that sharing our stories is one of the most divine gifts we can give to other people.
To receive the wisdom of others through storytelling is a gift that has never left us throughout time. It is also a sharing of knowledge that is deeply important and connects us all in a multitude of ways.
Our greatest power is often unlocked when we recognize we are no different from anything else but magically unique all at the same time. We are a divine part of nature and no different from a beautiful bee collecting pollen to a plant emerging from the soil to greet the sun.
Sometimes our inner power remains hidden from us for a long time.
Sometimes we have to suffer many losses, hardships and hit rock bottom to go searching for something deeper and more meaningful.
To become a seeker is to go on a mission to unlock this inner power and once we find the key, the magic becomes available to us to meld and create the brilliant lives we have always dreamed of.
We receive the power to alchemize what once hindered us or caused us to suffer into great strengths and tools.
For me, this has been the case with many traits and parts of myself I once viewed as big flaws or greatly suffered because of.
My inner power has allowed me to practice inner alchemy and transform what once brought me down into what is elevating and expanding me now.
The best example I can give of this inner alchemy in my own experience relates to what I once deemed as a toxic trait- my adaptability and flexibility.
I classed this as a bad trait in the past because I suffered from a lack of boundaries and personal strength in asserting myself alongside a deep desire to please people. This meant my flexibility and adaptability were greatly taken advantage of by other people and often left me feeling used and abused on many occasions.
Through the process of inner alchemy, I have been able to integrate and re-form this trait and position it in a much more useful way.
I have been able to take my flexibility and adaptability and channel this into my trust in the universe. I have been able to become more flexible and adaptable to my life and with myself rather than just with other people.
In doing this I have also worked hard to set firmer boundaries with other people. Understand and get to know me better and ultimately use my inner power to alchemize things in my life that were once not working for me and allow life to work for me.
This is just one example, but of course when we unlock our inner power we become the canvas upon which to create from and on.
We all have the power to unlock the magic within ourselves. When we do we become a powerful source of magic and creation. We can create great inner changes that lead to the manifestation of physical life changes.
“If you have strength of character, you can use that as fuel to not only be a survivor but to transcend simply being a survivor, use an internal alchemy to turn something rotten and horrible into gold.” ― Zeena Schreck
We become the creators in our lives instead of being the victims. We become survivors instead of being failures. In making these changes we are granted the power to alchemize our inner lives and transform both ourselves and our lives.
