Increase Synchronicity in Your Life
By cultivating an attitude of gratitude.
I only have two practices that I do every day. One is the HeartMath Quick Coherence Technique — a short 3-minute meditation focussed on gratitude. The other is to keep a daily gratitude journal. Being grateful not only leaves you feeling fantastic, but it has the power to transform your life.
Since I decided to write about the benefits of vibrating at a higher frequency today, I did some journaling this morning. I also completed a 5-minute session of the Quick Coherence Technique. Afterward, I felt a distinct sense of lightness. I know when I’ve managed to raise my vibrational frequency, and this morning it felt exceptionally high.
A few hours later, I got a call that my husband was given an appointment for his COVID-19 vaccination. I was uber-grateful for this, as here in Spain, the vaccination program hasn’t been progressing as well as they would have liked. We hadn’t expected to get this call for a few months. Later in the day, I received some money that I’d been waiting for, but it had been delayed. I also received a letter with some good news.
Now perhaps this was all pure coincidence. But over the many years that I’ve been practicing gratitude, I’ve seen such things happen many times.
Gratitude is a high-frequency emotion.
Gratitude calibrates to 510 on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness (0 to 1000). Hawkins first wrote about this scale in his book Power vs. Force. He used kinesiology to measure the vibratory frequency of things.
According to his scale, anything below 200 sucks energy from you. But from a level of 200 and higher, you add energy to everything around you. Emotions like shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, and anger are all below 200. Above 200, you will find courage, trust, optimism, forgiveness, understanding, love, gratitude, joy, and peace.
You’ve all experienced those times when you come across people who seem to drain your energy. And there are other people whose energy lifts you up.
Everyone vibrates energetically at a specific frequency. The lower this frequency, the denser the energy becomes. Your problems seem heavy and challenging to solve. Mentally your mood is darker, and you are prone to negativity.
When you’re vibrating at a higher level of frequency, you feel lighter. Everything in life seems to flow, and you’re easily able to deal with your emotions. You experience synchronicity, and you find that you can effortlessly manifest the things you desire.
Fortunately, gratitude is an emotion that’s easy to generate on-demand. There are always things that you can be grateful for. If you think about them, you can conjure up an authentic feeling of gratitude. This, in turn, raises your vibrational frequency and your level of consciousness.
Gratitude Journal
Writing in a journal is one way to keep gratitude on your mind each day. A gratitude journal is like a diary, but you focus on the things you’re grateful for. I like to write in mine every night before I go to sleep. This is an excellent way to review what I’m specifically thankful for that day.
HeartMath Quick Coherence Technique
The other technique that I practice throughout the day is the Quick Coherence Technique from the HeartMath institute. The method is fast and easy:
1. Focus your attention on your heart. It helps to put your hand on your heart when you do this.
2. Slow down your breathing a little more than usual and take deeper breaths. Imagine that your breath is flowing in and out of your heart.
3. Activate a positive feeling such as gratitude, compassion, care, or love. I find gratitude the easiest.
Do this for 3 minutes, and the effects will last for up to 6 hours.
What are the benefits of raising our vibrational frequency?
Enhanced Physical Wellbeing — Studies have shown that having an attitude of gratitude improves your physical health. It also increases the willingness to seek help for health concerns.
Mental and Emotional Balance — Further studies show that heart-brain coherence can activate positive emotions. Coherence is also associated with intra- and interpersonal synchronization, social harmony, and wholeness.
What does all this mean for you?
You’ll find that others with a similar vibratory frequency will be attracted to you. You’ll experience more synchronicity in life. You’ll encounter the right people, things, and situations at just the right time. You’ll feel more love, compassion, and empathy towards others. You’ll have greater access to your intuition. And you’ll feel a greater sense of oneness.
