In moments of sadness, it can be difficult to express how we feel But here’s a poem that may capture some of those emotions

I sit alone, with tears in my eyes Feeling The weight of the world on my shoulders The darkness creeping in, suffocating my soul Leaving me stranded, with nowhere to go

The pain I feel is overwhelming A crushing weight that never seems to fade The memories of what once was Haunt me Relentlessly, refusing to be erased

I try to put on a brave face To hide the hurt that’s eating me alive But the sadness within me never dissipates It lingers on, refusing to subside

I long for the days when I was happy When life was full of sunshine and light But now the clouds have gathered And the darkness is all that’s in sight

Yet even in the midst of this despair I hold onto the hope that things will change That one day I’ll find my way back to the light And the sadness will finally fade away.
