Starting IFAIH to share his passion for running, Scott Mayer single-handedly nurtured it into the vibrant community it is today.

Scott has decided to pursue a different career path — and I’ll be taking over the responsibilities of IFAIH.
For the last 2+ years, I’ve been one of IFAIH’s top contributors — drawing from my 6+ year fitness journey of strength training, muscle building, fat loss, & now kickboxing.
