Impact Journey community letter to Stephen Hawking at Starmus Festival 2017.

Talking about humans flows and shooting stars a beautiful day I received a phone call from the community builder and catalyze of social entrepreneurship and societal innovations Bert Ola Bergstrand to help him designing and organizing Impact Journey: Our Shared Future event (June 15th to 25th, 2017). The 10 days procession towards Starmus Festival in Trondheim Norway had as one of the goals to give a message of gratitude and reflection about our shared future to Stephen Hawking.
The deliverable was co-created by approx 200 participants from 50+ different countries who answered a survey about “The Future” designed by kind, sympathetic and intelligent Anna Blume. The data was processed by me, and edited by Deborah Rupert.
Dear Stephen Hawking and The Starmus Community. We, The Impact Journey Community, are honored to deliver our message of gratitude for your contibutions to humanity not only on physics, and cosmology but as human-role model. Below a reflection of our #sharedfuture co-created by 100 persons from 50 different countries. We are people that trustfully and openly connect with nature through respect, compassion and support. We are a worldwide pluridisciplinary and multicultural community, united by innovation and will for positive change. We foster cooperative communities of practice for conscious social evolution grounded in creativity, trust and science-based facts. For us, our future started before we were born, our future is now and will continue. We like to plan one, two, five years ahead for program-based projects. We act and dream in a 10 years framework for systemic societal change. We believe that assets for future generations are value-based. We believe in purposeful and collaborative communities that respect and love nature and humanity. Compassion, peace and integrity are in our like-hearted communities. We implement small and big projects with creativity, system perspectives and holistic approach. Our like-minded communities are based on trust, daring and hope. We want future communities to be founded on openness, resilience and supportiveness. To enhance our work, we create spaces where open discussions are welcoming, safe and non-judging. We inform the co-creators about our process, we empower our team mates with knowledge and decision making roles. We work endlessly on trust building to ensure we can handle any challenge and situation. We daily infuse love and energy to create a powerful community of support.
Thanks for inspiring us.
With love and respect.
Bert-Ola Bergstrand, Anna Blume, JP Candiotti and Deborah Rupert on behalf of The Impact Journey Community.
