Imagine You Can Create Reality By Writing It In Your Notebook

In this exercise, you will imagine that you can create reality by imagining, visualizing, and writing it in your notebook.

There are numerous examples in film and fiction that illustrate similar plot elements. For example, in ‘Ruby Sparks’, a novelist attempts to find romance by creating a female character who will love him. In ‘Stranger Than Fiction’, Harold Crick finds himself the subject of narration only he can hear. This narration influences his work, love-interest, life, and death. Similarly, you will imagine that you can create reality by simply writing it down.

Open your magical notebook. You will now create reality by writing it. Please respond to the following prompts:

  1. Write down what you exactly want for next year. What are the things that you want to happen? Remember that you are able to change reality through your writing and visualization. Try to be vivid, rigorous, and lucid in your visions. Capture all the details.
  2. Write down where you want to be in 10 years. Remember that your vision will turn into reality, so your job is to figure out and visualize all the details in 4D.
  3. Write a fantasy story with the following theme: You can create reality simply by writing it in your magical notebook. What happens next? How do you create reality?
  4. Write a science fiction or thriller story with the following theme: You can create reality simply by writing it in your notebook. However, you will misuse this power. This time, write a story in which you are the evil character and you bring great harm. What happens next? Who will prevent you?
  5. The art of creation begins with imagination. We know that many successful entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, writers, or professionals create their own reality through the sheer power of their imagination. We first imagine our success and then create it. Write a biographic story where you first imagined something great and then reached that goal by working hard. What happened? What did you dream about? How did you bring this dream into reality?
  6. Every crazy success story starts with imagination. The Wright brothers first imagined flying and then experimented with it. Leonardo da Vinci created hundreds of sketches, visions, and ideas in his notebook before turning them into reality. We first use our imagination, capture everything in images and ideas, turn them into vision and goals, and then strive towards them. Before we can apply hard work and resilience, we need a vision worth fighting for. What is your personal system of creativity and imagination? How do you capture your vision, dreams, and ideas? How do you use your notebook in this regard?
  7. How can you improve your personal system of creativity and imagination? How can you better use your writing, visualization, and notebook towards this goal? Think of 10 practical actions and ideas you can take forward.
  8. How can you better use daydreaming and imagination in your daily life? How can you increase diversity, rigor, and fluency in your ideas? How can you create hundreds of original ideas? How can you improve your resolution power in your imagination? How can you create more vivid and lucid dreams/visions/goals? Create 10 ideas you can apply in your daily life to help you make progress towards these goals.
  9. Your journal/notebook is your seed catalog of ideas. Everything starts in your notebooks. How can you establish a joyful, creative, and productive system of journaling and notebook keeping? Create 5 ideas in this regard.
  10. Buy a fancy notebook that you will love to use. A new notebook for your exciting and fresh ideas. Carry it with you at all times. How will you start a new adventure in this notebook? Imagine and create this adventure. Kickstart your notebook.
