Believing In The Power Of Giving

I’m The Only God I Know

And so are you

The I am of me is a nudist. What about you?

The title pretty much says it all — I’m The Only God I Know — I could probably stop right here and you would understand all 18 holes of this self-awareness golf course — so to speak.

But, I am getting paid to write more than just a wee idea without any sort of elaboration. Therefore, let’s peek into the rabbit hole for a moment and clear our minds of our social norms about reality.

Most of us are aware that God is above us — watching our every move — determining whether or not we will be allowed to join his Almighty Celestial country club in the sky — Heaven!

God is very much like Santa Claus being that God and Santa both know who’s been naughty or nice.

As a quick note to Santa:

“Being that last Christmas sucked the big one, you can just double all the gifts you accidentally forgot — you rolly-polly tub of love.” Mikie Feiwen

Ever since I was told about good ole Saint Nick my life was turned upside down. Unfortunately, the ugly conspiracy theory that Santa Claus was fake and just made up by retail profiteers, is a bold, no-good, stinking lie.

Most people are not aware that Saint Nicholas was number three on the charts of holy icons, at one time. Naturally, Jesus was and still is the first on that special list. Second was Mother Mary and third was Saint Nicholas of Myra.

Nicholas was a busy person being the patron saint of sailors, merchants, archers, repentant thieves, children, brewers, pawnbrokers, and unmarried people.

He loved secret gift-giving which is how the tradition began with his tag on everything from then on.

From: Saint Nicholas — Sinterklaas — Santa Claus

The only God I know lives within me and He lives within you too. This holy energy talks to me — answers my questions — forgives my transgressions.

St. Nick was aware of this omnipresence of God living within him — not without him. The miracles Saint Nicholas performed won him the title of (1)Nicholas the Wonderworker.

I think all children should be taught who the real Santa Claus is, and why it is so special to be a gift-giver.

Retail companies did not invent the tradition of being kind, generous and loving to those around us.

We give to others because our God within us is busting at the seams to feel the joy of giving.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

P.S. Remember to tell a child why Santa is so cool and how they can be a groovy Santa Person too starting with a hug.
