I’m Getting Paid $$$ Today!

Guess how much I’m getting paid for January?

It’s that time of the month again! Yay!

This is the day everyone who is in the Medium Partnership Program and Friends of Medium Program looks for!

I was reading an article by Ethan Ginsberg on his earnings earlier and am now inspired to also share the motivation and gratitude that I have for the Medium community!

February 6th marks the beginning of month 4 for me on my second try on Medium. I first joined Medium in April 2022 but soon fell off the wagon because I was only able to publish one article weekly and hence was unable to garner many views.

Since I’ve been back, I had one goal:

To write and publish daily.

And I have been doing that consistently for the past 3 months.

I didn’t think I would start earning for another year but the Medium community has surprised me with lots of encouragement and engagement.

In November, I made my first 19 cents.

In December, I was able to take home $91.45, which was more than I expected.

Last month (January), my reads more than doubled from my reads in December and today I am receiving this much for my January:

I know it may not seem much but this has been a means of encouragement for me to keep going.

I just want to thank you all for reading, clapping, commenting, following, and subscribing!

Looking forward to an even better February now that I am all pumped up!
