My stats don’t show a change, even though they reported more followers

I’ve never written a blog post on Medium about Medium, but I’m frustrated like crazy and don’t know what else to do. I hope this post will finally generate some answers. I’ve sent them numerous requests about this issue, and they say they will respond, but all I get are crickets.

Here is the back story: I broke the 1K barrier over a month ago. Since then, I know I’ve gotten many more followers, but nothing is showing this on my profile?

What gives?

I sent a note through their help app, and there was a posting from them there that there is a problem with counting followers. That was several weeks ago.

I sent another note more direct, and I got a response they would get back to me soon. That was also over two weeks ago, and still no answer and no change on my profile.

I need to know my stats? It matters to me as I use this information for my Social Media promotion. Plus, I just like to know people find my contributions meaningful to them.
