I’m Far From Being Vegan, But My Health Tip Makes Sense.

I hear so much about health topics and diets these days. Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, etc.

I’m telling you, those diets are all nonsense.

You are not going to live any longer than the average person buying into all of that bullsh!t.

I’ve learned ONE simple health tip that makes sense to me and have helped me stay healthy and fit for years.

And no,

It is not based on any fad diet or pseudoscience but on my common sense and moderation.

My tip is…

EAT REAL FOOD!

The importance of real, fresh food can not be overstated.

By real food, I mean food that is minimally processed or not processed at all, fresh, and completely natural.

Steer clear off anything that comes in a tin, or pack, has a long list of unknown ingredients, contains any artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, and deals with real food.

I’ll tell you what?

Real food is more nutritious, satisfying, and delicious than processed foods.

I know you can relate. 🤭

I always choose whole fruits over fruit juices, whole grains over refined grains, and fresh vegetables over canned ones because I choose the healthy path.

Take a look at this cereal mix I made yesterday…

One question that comes to mind is;

What about being vegan?

At least I’m guaranteed to eat healthy and natural foods.

Isn’t it the healthiest way of eating?

Well, being vegan is not necessarily the healthiest way of eating.

Yep!

It is not a one-size-fits-all solution for everyone. Some people may do well on a vegan diet and some people may suffer from things like nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, and even hormonal imbalances.

Aside from that, it is also not necessarily better for the environment or the animals than other ways of eating.

It depends on how you source for your food, how much you waste them and how you treat other living beings. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Eating REAL FOOD has helped me stay healthy and fit for years. I know, I know, it’s not rocket science, but it works for me and it might work for you too. You can never tell.

Why not give it a try and see for yourself?

Plus, don’t forget that you don’t have to follow any fad diet or pseudoscience to improve your total health and well-being.

All you need is some common sense and enough moderation.
