I’m Falling Away

But not into your arms like I wish I was

I’m falling away But not in your arms You’ve left me too many times All on my own Here I am again Left to my own vices But I don’t have any vices That’s you I tried to save you But you wouldn’t let me Now you’re gone Now I’m alone Now you’re on your own Now I feel so cold Part of my heart is gone You stripped me Left me in a corner forlorn

Was I not enough for you? Were we not enough for you? Was my love not enough? Was our love not enough?

Falling down The tears on my face I can’t face you The brokenness in my heart It sits hard on my face I can’t hide the pain I feel day after day It takes its toll You’ve stampeded my soul Now I’m at a point I’ve never been So low
