So let’s define them real quick.

Karen- A woman seeking authorities or higher ups to fix something that she feels is out of line, ilegal, unethical or just bothering her. It does not have to have anything to do with her, but she considers it looking out for others. It may prolong wait times and inconvenience your day.

Tammy- A woman who needs no reason or cause to call you out, embarrass you, or inconvenience your day. She will have the last word. She is not going up the chain but wants to hash it out with you preferably publicly.

Listen, Tammy needs no reason. She could care less about who you are or what rank in society you say you’re in, you can catch them hands.

Tammy is CC’ing everyone in the corporate email. Even people who have nothing to do with the situation. Better keep up with the confusing thread because she will be emailing on it at minimum 15 times until the issue is resolved. She will always get the last word.

Tammy don’t want to talk to no police or your manager. She wants to talk to you. You will stand there and get an ear full. Call the Po-Po Tammy ain’t scared of no Po-Po.

Tammy is the one in the group chat that’s blowing up your phone. No one has to be responding back. Let her say what she got to say. Don’t you dare ignore her or put the chat on mute. She will call you out.

Tammy is the one running the show. She put together everything. If she needs your help, do your job with excellence or you’ll never hear the end of it. And if she has to take your job and do it for you, she will let everyone involved know.
