I’m Breaking the Script

A Phoenix Rising from the Ashes of Expectation

Lovingly Crafted with Copilot

I looked at myself in the mirror and I didn’t recognize myself. I had given up on my dreams and desires because of what other people wanted me to do. Life had taken me away from who I really was. I realised I had a choice to keep living a life that wasn’t mine, or to follow my own heart.

It was a hard choice. I was afraid of what would happen if I changed. Some people didn’t like it and left me. I had to let go of people, but as I did, I started to see who I really was. I changed the things that didn’t fit me anymore. It was painful, but it set me free, just like a Phoenix rising.

With every change, I felt more hopeful. I wasn’t destroying my life, I was creating a new and better one. A life that was based on respect and connection, not sacrifice.

Now I stand in front of you, a different person. Not because I rejected who I was, but because I reclaimed who I am becoming. This is a proof of the spirit that lives in all of us, a spirit that never gives up.

Yes I have changed and I’m still changing, like a Phoenix rising . I’ve left behind the expectations that were holding me back and I am ready to live the life that I always wanted and learn from my past.
