Mental health makes you sick. Family issues are like cancer, eating up your health silently.

The theme of the poem is s strong that I got emotional. I can feel her words. I know it is difficult to survive in such a situation, but you can not let yourself down.
Just feel the presence of good things around you when you feel mentally ill.

Here is what I must say, why do i writer?
Writing is a form of catharsis that clears up the thoughts, and vision.
I prefer writing to overcome from mental illness, as I feel comfortable doing it. You know what, we all are busy in our daily routine, and I think no one left behind to listen your heart. So put those words and thoughts in a notebook, or dairy, or somewhere where you feel comfortable.
By doing this practice, you will feel a good mental health. I assure it as I suffered from mental illness and writing help me a lot.
I must say that if you keep on hiding the issues from others, you will feel mental suffocation. So the best way is to write and let every thought down.
Mental illness is more dangerous than bodily disease. It destroys the mind and snatches its ability to think positively. You feel that your mind is filled with random and negative thoughts all the time. So the better way to cope with such mental issues is to write, instead of wasting time in explaining to others.
There is no such solution for this kind of ill health. The only is to create a positive surrounding.
Try to enjoy different companies, so that your mind gets relaxation.
Once the issues start residing inside — they give rise to overthinking, which leads to mental illness. For this, do not give enough space to any issue that destroy your mental health.
I also recommend that you should not ignore the mental health. Work on it, if you feel yourself mentally ill.
