Writing Prompt.
If You Could Have A Magical Super Power?
What would it be just for one day?
After reading through the various authors I enjoy. I went back to a story posted by Timothy Key the post talks about how writing out of comfort zone can and I can verify, does benefit you in the future.
Initially, I thought if I could have a superpower just for one day I would want to be able to fly and do all the things a superhuman can do (apparently) like a mission to space and pop over to the other side of the world.
Save a damsel in distress or the cat stuck up a tree just a normal day in the life of a superhuman who can fly.
Then I changed my mind and thought it would be awesome to be invisible. I thought about everything you can see and do.
I would go and see what the Queen is up to and Boris. Nip into Mi5 and see if anything exciting was happening.
I would also be a bit of a vigilante and go to the houses of people who attack children and terrorise them.
I would go and check on Leo because it’s been 10 months and he has probably changed a little bit more.
If I had time I would go to the KFC head office and see if I can get the Colonel’s secret recipe.
To finish the day off I would try a see behind the scenes at MUFC or a sparing session with Tyson Fury.
I also have an alternative use of my superpower for the day. I know some may think it is ideological, however, we have our Illumination mantra; Diversity, Synergy, Fusion & Serendipity so I feel I have a valid outlook.
What about if you can create enough food and clean water for everyone right across the globe.
Not a flash in the pan idea.
Make it a sustainable and constantly evolving process so we will never have starving people in places like the Middle East & Africa.
Also, the food banks of the U.K and Europe would be disbanded.
- Because if we have unlimited food and clean water.
- We would have more disposable income.
- If we have more disposable income we can create a nicer standard of life.
- If we all have a higher quality of living we can create a better future.
- With all of those things in place. We could maybe just maybe live in a more peaceful place on Earth.

Maybe Timothy Key will accept my suggestion and share it as a writing prompt.
