If Medium Stats were to be a Human

I don’t know what you read or heard about Medium that made you join. Whatever it is, it is the same reason we are here for. Some of the writers are here for the passion they have for writing. The majority are here to make some dough.

The Medium Stats bear the highest brunt of every newbie's anxiety.

That icon; if it were to be woman, she would petition for abuse and assault. If it were to be a man, it would petition for disrespect and if it were to be a nation, it would petition for Anarchy.

I feel for the generating machine. There is nothing a writer wants to see every morning other than the Stats. Newbies in Medium begin their day with Stats and end with Stats.

I am guilty of this. Everyone in the Medium was once guilty of this too. If the Medium Stats were to be a human, we would have a lot to answer.
