My Goal for March on Medium
Simplicity wins the day.

February was a weird one for me on Medium.
I didn’t write anything from January 27 until February 6. 10 full days without posting on the platform.
As a result, my stats dipped. You can read about it here:
When I did return to writing, it was a struggle, both mentally and strategically. I felt like I was once again whispering softly into the void.
…can anyone hear me?
So I decided to take semi-drastic action.
While I was posting daily on Medium, I wasn’t allocating much time for engagement. So, I started a little experiment:
The results were positive. All of my stats ticked upwards, including my earnings.
Ironically, the post I wrote about it yesterday was my most successful article throughout the whole of February:
Bottom line: engagement is a must.
Writing and engaging consistently makes things happen.
So in light of all that, here’s my simple plan for March on Medium:
- Publish at least 1 article every day
- Read and engage with at least 20 articles every day
That’s it. Nothing fancy, nothing too extreme.
Just plain old writing and reading, every day. If I achieve that one thing in March, I’ll be happy.
Let’s see how it goes, shall we?
What are your plans for March on Medium?
