If I Could Choose To Work Anywhere in the World…

A house with a desk in front of a window overlooking the sea would be enough for me

If I could choose to work anywhere in the world, I would go to the beach. It does not matter whether it is an island or a coast. A house with a desk in front of a window overlooking the sea would be enough for me.

I would always keep a pitcher

of fresh lemonade on the table.

I already know what I would do before starting work in the morning. I would go to the tables of the bar on the beach and enjoy brioche and cappuccino, my favorite breakfast.

For snacks, I’d gorge myself on slices of fresh, red watermelon. To actually make the most important decisions, I could move to reflect on the hammock in the pine forest.

During my lunch break and at the end of my shift, I would go for a swim and sunbathe. The aperitif with beer and chips at sunset, then, would be an unmissable event.

In the evening I would have great meals based on fish dishes and white wine. Then on free days or at the weekend, I would take the opportunity to go around.

I would go to see other beaches or visit nearby locations.

I even believe that my performance would benefit. I would become even more productive and creative. I don’t know if my vision helps to design a new world of work. Nor do I think it makes a valid contribution to digital nomadism.

Indeed, very selfishly, it would help make the world ideal for me.

But, with such a lifestyle, I would also risk gaining at least 25 kilos. Is this danger worth it? I presume yes…
