As such a small detail came by, I just kept thinking about how it wasn’t about the pistachio ice cream. The pistachio ice cream was the tip of the iceberg. She was acting out because she couldn’t directly criticize her parents over the money laundering because of tangible consequences, and so it’s all over the pistachio ice cream.
