Ice
A Mental Health Poetry

Hey, be nice, Lest you become ice, So cold, So sorrowful.
Life thrashes you, It’s alright, Don’t withdraw, From the world.
Don’t freeze yourself, You are 70% water, It would be too cold, And too lonely.
Being an ice sculpture, Frozen in time, Is not a great way, To live, I suppose.
So, I propose, To be water, No matter, What comes your way.
If you are happy, Let the little tides, Of happiness, Go around in the ocean inside you.
If you are sad, Let the ocean, Overflow, With your tears.
If you are mad, Let the tsunami, Rage inside you, Wreck inside you.
Be water, Be wary of ice, Be nice, Be kind.
