I wrote a book about starting a faceless Tik Tok business

I’ve been on faceless Tik Tok since 2020. My first account grew to around 100K, then I have accounts at 89K, 23K, 4K, 2K, 1K, and some tiny Tik Tok accounts under 1,000 followers.

What’s so special about faceless Tik Tok?

Tik Tok is all about short-form video content.

It’s not about posting static images like Instagram or long-form content. It really is all about short-form videos.

A lot of Tik Tokers show their face.

They might be doing a trendy dance, demoing a new recipe, taste-testing Crumbl cookies, showing you what’s in their stockpile, vlogging a day in their life, etc.

It’s a lot of creators showing their faces.

And, that’s perfectly fine but, it’s not for everyone.

There are introverts.

People who don’t want their family, friends, and coworkers to see them online.

People who just don’t want to show up on the internet for personal or other reasons.

Whatever the reason, it’s just not a fit, showing up online and sharing your face with the world.

I’m an introvert.

I tend to shy away from showing my face usually and that’s what prompted me to start building faceless Tik Tok accounts.
